Accelerating businesses

Your staff spend hours on work that should take minutes. We build what gets them back.

We sit with your team, find the tasks that eat the day, then build the software and assistants that do them in minutes.

Forty-five minutes, no charge. You keep the workflow map either way.

Level one, one step: a WhatsApp order is entered on its own, where it used to be typed by hand. Level two, one workflow: an order runs through stock check and dispatch and the invoice is sent, where it used to take three people two days. Level three, the whole business: Tally, the warehouse, the courier and WhatsApp feed one live dashboard, where there used to be a Friday afternoon report.LEVEL 1 · ONE STEPWhatsApp orderOrder enteredwas: typed by handLEVEL 2 · ONE WORKFLOWOrderStock checkDispatchInvoice sentwas: three people, two daysLEVEL 3 · THE WHOLE BUSINESSTallyWarehouseCourierWhatsAppLive dashboardwas: a Fridayafternoon report

The problem

Where your week goes

Pick the one that costs you the most. That's where we start.

The plan

Before we build anything, we study how your work actually flows.

  1. 01

    Study

    1 to 2 weeks

We sit with your team and watch how the work actually moves, whatever the org chart says. We find the steps that are slow or leak money and put numbers on them.

You keep the workflow map and the plan, whether or not we go on.

  2. 02

    Build

    4 to 12 weeks

We design the target workflow and a clickable prototype first. Scope and price are fixed for the first release. Then we build with weekly demos, and your team tests from week two.

Code ownership and warranty are agreed with you and written into the statement of work.

  3. 03

    Accelerate

    Ongoing

We support go-live, measure the outcomes we agreed in Study, and take on the next bottleneck.

You see the numbers move, or we hear about it first.

Step 01 is the workflow review you book.

The outcome

What changes

Time back, per employee

Hours back, every day

The re-typing, the chasing and the status calls stop. Your people spend those hours on customers.

Same team · more done · earlier finish

Faster to market

Live in weeks

A new branch, service or product line opens with the software already in place.

Shorter return cycle

Paid sooner

Invoices go out the day the job closes. Reminders go out on their own.

Who we build for

Questions people ask us

What happens in a workflow review?

Someone who builds software spends forty-five minutes with you, on a call or on site, asking how the work actually moves today. You leave with a clear picture of where time and money go. No charge, no follow-up pressure.

How long does a build take?

Study takes one to two weeks. A first release usually takes four to twelve weeks after that, depending on how many workflows and integrations are involved. You see a working demo every week.

Do we own the code?

We agree code ownership and warranty with you before the build starts, and write them into the statement of work. Your data stays yours either way.

We already use Tally, Zoho or Excel. Does that matter?

It helps. Most of what we build connects the tools you already have and removes the re-typing between them. We only replace a tool when it's the bottleneck.

Where is our data hosted?

In India by default, in the region you choose if you're elsewhere. Hosting, security and data protection are set out in plain language on our Trust page.
